Artworks for culture and recognition
Every voice inside the work.
Values on a poster are easy to ignore, but people notice when they see themselves. A mosaic made of the photos of your people says what a culture statement says, and proves it: everyone who took part is inside the work.

- What it can be made of
Photos of your people, at work and at events. Their words: a value, a theme, a line they wrote. Your places: sites, offices, plants.
- What one commission can give
The key image for the year’s theme or for the internal campaign, versions for the intranet, events and screens, and animations. It is also possible to give every person a print of the piece that holds their own photo, and an online version where people zoom in and find their own face, like this eye made of our own projects.
One work, a family of works
Examples
- AACN, Every Voice. Every Story. Every TableThe 2026–27 theme of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses was chosen by its President, Tonka Williams. For it we made three nurses shoulder to shoulder, built from photographs of real nurses at work and at AACN’s national conference. In a focus group, nurses had asked for art that is simple, energizing, uplifting and proud. We delivered a main image, a second image of one nurse and three animations, shown at NTI 2026 in San Diego.See the work

- Lhoist, A Company Built by Its PeopleFor Lhoist’s manifesto “Lhoist for All”, with Studio Tokyo: portraits of employees made of thousands of photos of their colleagues around the world. Each portrait is about one side of diversity: age, ethnicity, gender. They were made for print, digital, spaces and internal communication.See the work
