For companies and institutions
Artworks for mergers and acquisitions
Two histories, one picture.
After a merger, the new name changes overnight, but the people need longer to feel like one company. Each side has its own history, its own archive and its own way of working. A mosaic can show the new company made of both. From a distance it is one image: the new name, a shared symbol, the place. Up close it is the people, the products and the years of both sides, next to each other.

- What it can be made of
The people of both companies. Both archives: photographs, products, buildings, past campaigns. The colours and symbols of the new brand. Messages from staff on both sides.
- What one commission can give
The main work for the new head office or for the day of the announcement, a print for every employee with their own photo in it, a crop for each office or country that joined, and the image for the internal launch and the press.

Examples
- Pafos FC, three clubs, one identityPafos FC was formed in 2014 through the merger of three clubs: APOP, Evagoras Paphos and AEK Kouklia. It had new owners and played in a city where most people supported the big clubs of other cities. In 2018 we redesigned its identity from what all of Paphos shares: its ancient mosaics, its landmarks, and Evagoras Pallikarides, the hero one of the founding clubs was named after, who now appears in the crest. Each player became a mosaic made of photographs of the city, and the designs went onto jerseys, scarves and merchandise. In 2024–25 the club won its first Cypriot championship.See the work

- Siemens and MendixSiemens acquired Mendix, the American low-code platform, in 2018. For the first campaign of Siemens Low Code in late 2020, with Ogilvy New York, we made typographic mosaics out of pure Courier code: people, towers, homes, families, airplanes. Each mosaic was built in many layers, so animators could move every part.See the work
